Street Feast

Street Feast

Presented By: Campari, 7x7 magazine & KCBS

Participating Chefs: Antelmo Faria, Tacolicious Ryan Farr, 4505 Meats Alex Ong, Betelnut

Telmo, Ryan and Alex owe their friendships to the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA). Tacolicious and 4505 Meats both got started at the weekly Thursday markets. Alex was Tacolicious’s first guest chef—creating wildly popular tacos for crowds of guests. The trio is getting together for an interactive, family-style street food feast. A whole pig will be roasted, platters of Mexican and Asian inspired dishes will be consumed and a whole lot of fun will be had. To support their pals at CUESA, Ryan will carve a whole animal before the meal and his cuts will be auctioned off, along with a chef dinner for 10.
